FEATURES OF ZULUNA RANGE

• High quality of buildings
• Set range of models
• Good-looking, healthy timber
• Doors with frame made from laminated timber, with threshold and three hinges
• Windows and doors with rubber seals and with standard (non-toughened) glass, fixed with silicone glue; models in 45 mm log thickness have ISO (double) glass as an option; right-hinged joinery is also available
• Doors can be made 194 cm high (standard for 45 mm log)
• Windows with POL hinges (manual switch between opening and tilting function)
• Straight roof fascia, roof boards 19 mm
• Floor boards 19 mm (floor is an optional accessory), include L-shaped frame under the walls
• Other accessories include: shingles, guttering and EPDM foil sets with downpipe
• All floor plans show external wall dimensions. The models are delivered untreated, unpainted, without roof cover material). Photos may show optional accessories and modifications which are not a part of our offer.

• Option for factory painting of all doors, windows and bar tables in a colour from RAL palette or our selection of transparent colours
• Option for wood oil pre-treatment (all wooden elements all around, including floor, roof, doors and windows) in either Nature, Oak Blonde or Antique Grey
• Prefabricated buildings are available in different sizes (up to 300 x 400 cm) and with different roof shapes
• Prefabricated buildings are available with three different roof shapes and with two different wall cladding types
• Floor available as an optional accessory
• All doors and windows from the Zuluna range are available
• The doors available for log cabins range are also possible for prefabricated models range (for extra charge)
• New in our range: two types of inner sliding doors and two solid doors blended in the wall (only available for prefabricated buildings)
• Prefabricated buildings can be factory painted in a colour from RAL palette range of our selection of transparent colours (walls, roof elements and roof overhands painted outside only, doors and windows have both sides painted) as an option
• Completely new wall construction: 1) horizontal panels 2) no vertical wall joints 3) with breathing membrane and ventilation
